MRAI

What is it?

MRAI is a chamber of all the businesses associated with the recycling industry in India.

What was their concern?

During their previous events, their biggest concern was hotel booking where people would book the hotel room during the conference and not pay the MRAI. This would affect the entire income of MRAI and there were no provisions to safeguard in the situation.

How did we help?

We created a system that had 3 tier authentication system.

1. Tier 1: Before the submission of the form the system would run a validation that no phone number or email addresses were duplicated. Just to keep only unique entities.
2. Tier 2: The application submissions are taken to a different backend, where an approval process was implemented. Unless the approval is given by MRAI the attendees won’t be able to book the hotel.
3. Tier 3: Once the application is approved the attendees receive an email with the login credentials that enable them to book the hotel.
